Running of Microsoft Flow by cell phone button

This article shows how to trigger flow (in Microsoft Flow) by tapping button in your smartphone.

Our flow is going to be very simple – just sends the info about position (town) where the smartphone takes place. (More complex flows can be also triggered from PowerApps application.)

It looks like this. There is mobile button as a first step and sending of email as the second one.

 

Then install Microsoft Flow in smartphone (available for Android, WP, Apple). Then just open it, log in and press the button. The workflow starts and the email is sent.

It is even easier to use when you use the widget and put the button directly to home screen.
